The following is a summary of some additional work I have been made aware of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lattice.cnrs.fr\/alexandre-francois-fr\/\">Alexandre Fran\u00e7ois<\/a> and colleagues at CNRS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lattice.cnrs.fr\/\">Laboratoire Lattice<\/a> have produced an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lattice.cnrs.fr\/actualite\/les-gestes-barrieres-dans-les-langues-du-monde\/?fbclid=IwAR2oekdNcxUmKZp8pz2JMHay7nlvBVWMa0ws7AWhDlEELDOtMMFqSLPQS9g\">interactive map<\/a> cataloguing Covid-19 information in dozens of languages. Access to the resources is through French and\/or clicking on the map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" class=\"wp-image-704\" style=\"width: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/CNRS_covid.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/CNRS_covid.png 1600w, https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/CNRS_covid-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/CNRS_covid-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/CNRS_covid-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/CNRS_covid-1536x864.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Southern Africa, <a href=\"https:\/\/za.linkedin.com\/in\/kerry-jones-3b0a9413\">Kerry Lee Jones<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AfricanTongue\/\">Africa Tongue <\/a>together with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalaharipeoples.org\/\">Kalahari Peoples Fund<\/a> are producing materials in Afrikaans, OtjiHerero, Khoekhoegowab, Naro, \u01c3Xun, Khwe, Ju\u01c0&#8217;hoansi, \u01c0Gui, \u01c1Gana, and Khwedam. The team includes Ben Begbie-Clench, Jennifer Hays, Ashley Hazel, Kerry Jones, Megan Laws, Hessel and Coby Visser, and Velina Ninkova. You can support their work and the provision of masks, soap, and food to Kalahari people via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/donate\/?token=2nlJFP87_x1ptbTOWfSIYKAEUxzM218pkSSmbr6sECSZ_SBiRoHz2oUsj2A6EjaVAvlwVW&amp;country.x=US&amp;locale.x=US\">this link<\/a>. Several <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinlanguages.org\/our-team\">members of the team<\/a> are speakers of Chin languages from Myanmar (Burma).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"287\" class=\"wp-image-710\" style=\"width: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/clrp.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/clrp.png 1561w, https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/clrp-300x172.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/clrp-1024x588.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/clrp-768x441.png 768w, https:\/\/www.ogmios.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/clrp-1536x882.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dnathan.com\/\">David Nathan<\/a> reports from <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Groote_Eylandt\">Groote Eylandt<\/a> (Northern Territory, Australia), where the Indigenous <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Anindilyakwa_language\">Anindilyakwa <\/a> language is spoken, that they seized the messaging initiative on the coronavirus pandemic by establishing two major outlets. The first is a daily radio show on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grootebroadcasting.com\/radio\">Angurugu Radio<\/a> called  <em>Buddha and the Beard<\/em>, which gives background, explanations, and updates, including local as well as national and international perspectives in English and Anindilyakwa.
